Xie Conghui, Assistant Professor at the Hetao Institute of Mathematics and Interdisciplinary Sciences. His research focuses on fundamental studies in algebraic coding and its applications in cryptography, with multiple publications in journals including IEEE Transactions on Information Theory, Journal of Algebra, and Designs, Codes and Cryptography. He has delivered four invited presentations at conferences related to coding theory and serves as a reviewer for the international academic journals Designs, Codes and Cryptography and Quantum Information Processing.
