Personal Profile
Wang Yi received his Ph.D. from Stony Brook University, State University of New York in 2023, under the supervision of Kenji Fukaya. He then served as a Golomb Visiting Assistant Professor (postdoctoral researcher) at Purdue University. In August 2026, he joined HIMIS as an assistant researcher. His main research interests lie in algebraic topology and symplectic geometry, particularly in algebraic models related to string topology and their applications in symplectic geometry.
